By accessing or using our Teccard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms below, you may not access or use Teccard services.

Our Teccard services allow users to create, manage, and share information with interactive features.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection, and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to Teccard For Teams or any Pro or add-on features, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on our website. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method (or invoice you).

 

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Teccard services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.

 

Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Haumi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
